Programme de l'UE / Thématiques abordées :
Immunotherapy is the manipulation of the immune system to fight some diseases. This booming approach has revolutionized the treatment of many pathologies, in particular by opening the way to precision medicine. Immunotherapy is an exclusive course in the I3 program, which aims to train students in immunotherapy in the context of immunopathologies (infectious, inflammatory, autoimmune and environmental diseases) and cancer. It is complementary to another exclusive course of the 3I program, Translationnal Research in Immunopathology, which deals with physiopathology and diagnosis. This course will provide the student with an in-depth knowledge of the immunotherapeutic approaches currently being developed will enable him/her to understand the problems and issues related to immunotherapy in different pathological contexts. Built in a translational perspective at the interface between basic and clinical research, the Immunotherapy course is intended for scientific and medical students.
