    Programme de l'UE / Thématiques abordées :
This course will address the cellular mechanisms that govern cell architecture and dynamics and how their disruption leads to a wide range of human diseases. It will develop knowledge in the field of advanced imaging, functional genetics and cell biology with applications in developmental biology and human genetics. It will illustrate how interdisciplinary approaches using diverse model systems cooperate to understand how cell architecture is controlled. In particular, topics will cover aspects related to the role of centrosomes in the organization of the cell architecture and dynamics and how disturbances in the physiology of these organelles can have dramatic cellular and physiological consequences...
Students will be evaluated on their contribution to scientific questions during seminars and by proposing a research project as a follow up of the proposed lectures.
