Duration of the programme: 1 year – on campus
The second year of the RIF pathway covers advanced and in-depth studies across various fields of robotics. Students are trained in the latest technologies in both the robotics and industrial sectors. Project management aspects form an integral part of their academic journey. Finally, to provide a strong industrial focus, students in the initial training track undertake an internship within industrial companies to apply their acquired skills and facilitate their integration into the industry upon graduation.
Learning resources:
A “Robotics and Industrial Processes” practical platform, equipped with several automated systems using Siemens and Schneider PLCs, and multiple industrial robots from various manufacturers.
In terms of equivalence or bridging options, it is possible to apply for recognition of prior learning (VAE).
The structure and curriculum of this programme enable students to enter the field of digital engineering and robotics (Industry 4.0). Today, the industries most interested in this programme are those working in IoT, automation, and the integration of robotic systems.
This programme also allows students to join the manufacturing industry and related sectors, such as logistics, automation, and the development of intelligent machines.
